Yes, it is never a problem to change groups if you find yourself riding at a different pace than those in your group and providing group space is available. Truthfully, we encourage progressing to the next level when you begin feeling stagnant or are passing the majority of riders on course. This is not just for safety reasons but also you’ll find that when you ride with more experienced individuals, your riding abilities will improve also. We don’t ever want you to feel as though you’re stuck in a group. We do not advise signing up for the wrong group if it’s sold out, be mindful and considerate of others, if you have any questions pertaining to groups, please contact us and we’ll be happy to speak with you.
Yes, absolutely come out. Pacific Track Time is contracted with the tracks to run rain or shine. Weather predictions are often wrong, we always recommend showing up ready to ride. In fact, we have had full rain prediction in the past and not a drop of rain on the day of the event. If you choose to cancel due a weather prediction, it must be within the 14-day cancellation window, after 14-days, your ticket can only be transferred to another rider by way of private sale/gifting or it will be forfeit by way of non-attendance; please revisit our terms and conditions for further review, these are the same terms and conditions presented and subsequently required interactive customer approval prior to purchase.

Per our policy, a cancellation must occur 14-days prior to the event for a full credit. Cancellations occurring within the 14-day period will result in forfeit of payment. Please be advised, Pacific Track Time administration will not break this policy, so please do not ask as there are no exceptions to the rule. To preclude forfeiture of payment, in the event you are unable to attend a track day beyond the 14-day day cancellation window; you are allowed to transfer your purchased date(s) to alternative rider. Buttonwillow and Thunderhill have a 103dB sound limit.
Sonoma has a 103dB sound limit that is STRICTLY enforced. If your bike exceeds the sound limit you will be required to exit the track and make the necessary adjustments to not exceed the 103dB sound limit before re-entering. We recommend using a sound limiting insert for an aftermarket exhaust/muffler or the stock muffler. The track mandated policy is three (3) strikes and you’re out for the day.
Laguna Seca has a 90dB sound limit that is STRICTLY enforced. A stock exhaust system is required or an aftermarket pipe with a “dB-Killer/Quiet Insert” installed. If your bike breaks the sound limit you will be required to exit the track and make the necessary adjustments to not exceed the 90dB sound limit before re-entering. The track mandated policy is three (3) strikes and you’re out for the day; if your bike has an aftermarket exhaust without a “dB-Killer/Quiet Insert” installed, a single sound “strike” violation will end your day.
