Refunds
Pacific Track Time does not offer refunds in the event of a cancellation,
as an alternative we issue event venue specific credits; per our policy
a cancellation must occur two (2) weeks prior to the event for of a
full credit, please be advised event credits are only applicable per
the venue of their issued track. Any cancellations after the two week
period prior to an event will result in the forfeit of payment. (ref:
Transfers) |
 |
Transfers
In the event a rider is unable to attend a track day beyond the two week
cancellation window; to preclude forfeiture of payment you are allowed
to transfer your purchased date(s) to alternative rider; to insure
registration of your alternate attendee, you must contact our office
twenty four (24) hours prior to the event. |
 |
Rain
Policy
We strive to have the most liberal rain policy available providing the
track offers such a policy provision; see event description for further
details if applicable; such policy provisions are subject to a fee
surcharge in the event of rain cancellation. Honestly, no one person
can predict the weather forecast far enough out to be accurate, everyone
has to be realistic when it does rain. If the track considers the day
safe to ride, we ride RAIN or SHINE! |
 |
Waiting
List
To be placed on the wait list for a sold out event simply email the event date, rider name and rider group. If space becomes available you will be contacted by email. Rest
assured, your payment will not be processed until your spot is confirmed
for the specified event. As a rule of thumb, our days fill quickly, to
avoid the waiting list we suggest that you secure your spot early.
